The arrival of Tiaan and Hannes, organised with the support of the recruitment firm Xelvin, has got off to a flying start. For Tiaan, a maintenance technician, the adaptation was immediate: « From day one, I hit it off with my colleagues. They helped me with everything, even with registering at the town hall. »
Beyond the technical side—which remains very similar between the two countries—a true human adventure is beginning.
