1. Who is SCHUT PAPIER?

With a relatively small production unit and a reach of 55 to 600 g/m2, we are able to develop new paper products in close collaboration with our customers – without limitations in terms of size, thickness and colour. Also, we can make use of various types of fibres. Owing to this ideal combination of scale, machine capacity and our unique knowledge of paper technology, we stand for the supply of a most diverse range of high-quality paper products.

 

Our company is located at the Kabeljauw 2 in Heelsum, The Netherlands. We are registered at the chamber of commerce under the registration number 09001229. SCHUT PAPIER is a daughter company of the Exacompta Clairefontaine group.

2. Which information is processed by SCHUT PAPIER?

SCHUT PAPIER saves the details of its customers to serve them well. Details that are saved are name, address, city of residence, contact details and bank account numbers. These details are used by SCHUT PAPIER to excecute the activities that were agreed upon and to inform you of relevant products and services we or the partners we collaborate with can deliver.

6. For how long does SCHUT PAPIER save your personal details?

SCHUT PAPIER saves your personal details for as long as it is strictly necessary. Once personal details are received to excecute an agreement with you, SCHUT PAPIER will save your details for the duration of this agreement. After the agreement has ended, SCHUT PAPIER will save your details for a maximum of 7 more years, unless legislation prescribes otherwise.

Viewing, changing or blocking of details

In case you want to know which details SCHUT PAPIER has saved about you, or in case you want to change or block certain details, you can contact us via info@schutpapier.nl. SCHUT PAPIER will send you the requested information within a period of 4 weeks.

 

Deleting your details

You can request the deletion of your details by sending a message to info@schutpapier.nl. We will take care of the deletion of your personal details unless not deleting them is of key importance to SCHUT PAPIER.

 

Right to data portability

Would you like to receive your personal details in order to transfer them to another party? You can sen dus your request via info@schutpapier.nl. SCHUT PAPIER will send you the requested information within a period of 4 weeks. Withdrawal of consent In case we are processing your details based on your consent, you always have the right to withdraw your consent.

9. Forwarding personal details outside the EU

SCHUT PAPIER will not forward any personal details to countries outside the European Union (EU).

10. Complaints

Do you have complaints or compliments about the way we go about your personal details? We’d love to hear it! In addition, you can also file a complaint at the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
